Hi Ladies, I am very excited to hear your health goals and help you live your best life. I started my studies to become a personal trainer back in 2010, with a passion for activity and maintaining good health and wanted to share that with others. After becoming pregnant with my son (8 years ago) and suffering from diastasis recti and muscle loss, I became more focused on women’s health with rebuilding the body, posture, mobility, pelvic floor and deep abdominal health.
