This program is developed from the information we learn from you and your questionnaire forms, tailored based on your fitness level and objectives.  Our goal is to provide a program that takes into consideration your lifestyle and habits that best suits you to meet and exceed your goals.

Nutritional Goal Setting will help you to understand your eating habits. 

You will have some forms to fill out where we make attainable weekly goals towards better eating habits.  We will offer suggestions each week based on how you do. We want to help you find balance and stay on track with proper nutrition.  Our goal is to create a lifestyle of healthy eating habits, not a fad diet that ends and then you return to your old ways and gain all the weight back plus some.

You will receive a 2 Week Meal Plan with 42 innovative healthy recipes plus an additional 7 healthy desert recipes!

This week I have been chatting about Big Rocks and prioritizing the things that are very most important to you. Like 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚, 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉, 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 & 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆.⁠

But.. this means for you and not just everyone around you. 👉You see it is in our nature, our blood to nurture and take care of our loved ones, but what about ourselves? We put so much effort into everyone but us. We give all we have to give to everyone but ourselves. ⁠

What does that mean for us? Will our cup be full? Will we feel loved, energized, healthy, cared for, happy, joy? ⁠
⁠
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒊𝒈 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔... 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒂 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒐𝒎 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕? After we care for everyone else? We think we are doing so amazing, which you are by the way.🤩 But our cup isn't full, it may even be close to empty. 😔⁠

You know that inner voice that is saying, when you don’t feel like it but you know you still should, 'it's ok, go watch tv, you can do it tomorrow instead, one time won't hurt'🙅‍♀‍⁣⁣⁣

So what gives?? ⁣⁣⁣Why don’t we follow through with what we want to do for ourselves?⁣⁣⁣ Why do we procrastinate, self sabotage and continue with the bad habits?🤔⁣⁣⁣𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗹𝘆, 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆, 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆, 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆.

Motivation=satisfaction or motive so if that thing we want or need to do isn't giving us that satisfaction we will not be motivated.💡 ⁣⁣⁣

When we look at health goals they are long term, not a quick fix so you will ride the motivation wave. Especially in the beginning as you are learning and implementing so many new things! ❌... the opposite of satisfaction.❌⁣⁣⁣

This is why relying on our motivation isn't going to always work. Then we blame ourselves or feel guilty that we don't have enough will power to get it done which makes us feel bad or like we have failed.

𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗹𝘆, 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆, 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆, 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆. ⁣⁣⁣ Motivation=satisfaction or motive so if that thing we want or need to do isn't giving us that satisfaction we will not be motivated.💡 ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ When we look at health goals they are long term, not a quick fix so you will ride the motivation wave. Especially in the beginning as you are learning and implementing so many new things! ❌... the opposite of satisfaction.❌⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This is why relying on our motivation isn't going to always work. We say it to our kids all the time, if you do this then you can have this... Right? 🙃and it usually works.⁠
⁠
Well the great news is it still works for us adults too!⁠
My client used to buy her lunches each day at work. Her goal was to eat better and so we decided to create a reward system for her.⁠
⁠
First I asked how much she spent each lunch and it was usually around $12. So I said to her. Each day you pack a lunch put the $12 into a jar and at the end of the month buy yourself something nice. ⁠
⁠
Before she knew it there was $80 saved! She wanted to buy new workout clothes.  By doing this 1 thing led to 4 ✳️positive things. ⁠

1️⃣She started eating healthier lunches⁠
2️⃣ She saved money⁠
3️⃣ She incentivized herself⁠
4️⃣ She was able to reward herself with new clothes without spending more then she normally would⁠

Rewards come in many forms; shopping, going for a hike, enjoying a hot tub, reading, meeting up with a friend, having tea. Find one that suits you and makes you feel good.⁠

When you want to change your health you need to start with small habits. Not planning on going from ZERO to meal planning for an entire week. NO. Not that. That is too overwhelming and won't last very long.⁠

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥! ⁣⁠
Do that small action over and over, until it starts to become automatic, make sure it takes ⏱ 𝟐 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 or less. Like spend 2 minutes scrolling for a new salad recipe to make.⁠

The 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 you’re starting small is so it feels easy and to make that a habit, then you add the next thing on top of that.⁠

Say your goal is to learn to meal plan. Break it down to⁠

1st week-Get organized and save a bunch of new recipes that you want to try. Choose 1 new recipe and write out the ingredients you need to get from the grocery store. ⁠

2nd week-repeat the recipe from the previous week and find 1 more. Make your grocery list and shop.⁠
⁠
⬇️⁠
3rd week-Write out on your weekly calendar 4 meals that you plan on making that week.⁠

4th week-Try to plan your entire week of dinners with 1 new recipe on the list✔️⁠
