What inspired you to join mom & baby classes at Body Connection Fitness and continue going?
I was new to town and was looking to connect with other new moms , while also getting some fresh air and exercise. These classes kept me sane and gave me something fun to look forward throughout the week.
How long have you been attending classes?
I have been attending classes since February 2015
How has it impacted you since you joined Body Connection Fitness?
I actually like how I look after having a baby, and I honestly never thought that would happen. I also really felt my mood improve with the regular exercise and social time with other moms. It definitely helped kick the post-baby blues.
Describe your favorite class.
My favorite class is for sure “Body Movement” , a super fun, choreographed class that you ALWAYS feel the next day!
What changes have you noticed since you started coming to classes?
I feel strong, which is something that is so necessary as my daughter gets heavier and heavier… I also seem to have a stronger core than I have ever had before, my next goal is to get abs like Jessica!
So many moms are feeling too tired to workout, how do you juggle being a mom, working out and living everyday life?
I am so tired. We are all so tired. But getting out and taking care of your body is so important and as hard as it may be to drag your butt out the door, it feels worth it 100% of the time. It is so re-invigorating and I know that by taking care of myself I am setting an example of the kind of healthy lifestyle I want my child to have.
What would you say to moms that have not tried a mom & baby class at Body Connection Fitness?
Seriously sister, just do it, you wont regret it. Paxton and I will be the ones near the back of the class with the purple yoga mat, come sweat it out with us, its an awesome time!
