When we look at health goals they are long term, not a quick fix so you will ride the motivation wave. Especially in the beginning as you are learning and implementing so many new things! โŒ... the opposite of satisfaction.โŒโฃโฃโฃ

Well the great news is it still works for us adults too!โ 
My client used to buy her lunches each day at work. Her goal was to eat better and so we decided to create a reward system for her.โ

First I asked how much she spent each lunch and it was usually around $12. So I said to her. Each day you pack a lunch put the $12 into a jar and at the end of the month buy yourself something nice. โ

Before she knew it there was $80 saved! She wanted to buy new workout clothes.  By doing this 1 thing led to 4 โœณ๏ธpositive things. โ

1๏ธโƒฃShe started eating healthier lunchesโ 
2๏ธโƒฃ She saved moneyโ 
3๏ธโƒฃ She incentivized herselfโ

The ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง youโ€™re starting small is so it feels easy and to make that a habit, then you add the next thing on top of that.โ

Say your goal is to learn to meal plan. Break it down toโ

1st week-Get organized and save a bunch of new recipes that you want to try. Choose 1 new recipe and write out the ingredients you need to get from the grocery store. โ
