Deviled Eggs

Simplicity here. These are the kind you whip up when you are in a hurry. 10 minutes is the magic number for boiling eggs if they are medium in size, any bigger and you risk the center not being done. Boil the eggs and cool. Peel and slice lengthwise and scoop the yolk into a bowl. Add mayo, just enough to mix so it is creamy. Start with a little and then you can always add more. Scoop the creamy yolk back into the egg and sprinkle a dash of paprika on top. Refrigerate and enjoy.
