A fitness/health/habit coach is a trained professional who has the skills that help individuals create positive changes, see new possibilities, and help their clients define the steps to be taken to achieve both their short term and long term goals outside of their coaching session. We hold you accountable to your time outside of the coaching sessions, create actionable steps for you to do during the week, have accountability weekly check-ins, help you with behaviour change and implementation of new healthy habits.
