You don’t need to purchase a gym membership to get AMAZING results! You just need some knowledge and motivation. Everyone asks me how I get my 6 pack abs. Today I am going to share with you one of my no equipment ab workouts that you can do at your local park.
Instructions for how to properly do each exercise are shown in the video. I recommend doing each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 second recovery break in between.
