➕Plus habits can be tricky to integrate because the good ones are usually difficult because they take effort and time and the reward is in the future.🙃⁠

Do that new habit over and over again. The more you do it the fast it becomes ingrained in our brain. We know that behaviour has changed to a habit when we do it automatically without effort, and without 💭thinking about it.⁠

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 🙋𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 is because I am teaching them how to make the good habits stick and the bad habits disappear. Each habit is different and will take a different amount of time to make it a habit.⁠ ⁠ ➕Plus habits can be tricky to integrate because the good ones are usually difficult because they take effort and time and the reward is in the future.🙃⁠ ⁠ If you want them to stick you have to hit 𝓡𝓔𝓟𝓔𝓐𝓣ⓇⒺⓅⒺⒶⓉ𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐓🎀 𝑅𝐸𝒫𝐸𝒜𝒯 🎀 Catch what I am throwing down?? 🤪⁠ ⁠ Do that new habit over and over again. The more you do it the fast it becomes ingrained in our brain. We know that behaviour has changed to a habit when we do it automatically without effort, and without 💭thinking about it.⁠ ⁠ 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 🙋𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 is because I am teaching them how to make the good habits stick and the bad habits disappear.
