The more time we spend with someone, the more likely you will end up like them. 👭Have you ever been told that you are starting to behave like your partner or start to get insync with your best friend and her menstrual cycle? The longer you are around someone the more you become like them. ⁠⁠

If you are 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 and you are hanging around people that are overweight and have 𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒔 then you may too, or maybe your hubby always is watching Netflix and eating popcorn every night then you will probably be joining in. If your kids always want junk food then you will probably eat it too. ⁠⁠

Now, unfortunately we can't change our family and trade them in (😉𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒌) but we can change the environment we are in. ⁠⁠

👌You can choose to do a pantry clean out, you can opt to read a book or go for a walk instead of Netflix, you can have boundaries with the children and when there is junk in the house. When grocery shopping you can choose to not buy treats for the house.⁠⁠

The longer you are around someone the more you become like them. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ 🏃‍♀️𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚.🧍‍♀️🚲⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ If you are 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 and you are hanging around people that are overweight and have 𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒔 then you may too, or maybe your hubby always is watching Netflix and eating popcorn every night then you will probably be joining in. If your kids always want junk food then you will probably eat it too. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Now, unfortunately we can't change our family and trade them in (😉𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒌) but we can change the environment we are in. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ 👌You can choose to do a pantry clean out, you can opt to read a book or go for a walk instead of Netflix, you can have boundaries with the children and when there is junk in the house. When grocery shopping you can choose to not buy treats for the house.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ ✅𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, ✅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵. ➡️𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 & 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱.
